Sylvia Barela - Program Director

Sylvia Barela is Chief Operations Officer of the Santa Fe Recovery Center. She is the business manager for SFRC and handles financials, human resources, accreditation, risk management, and building maintenance. She also supervises reception, intake, and direct care management.

Sylvia was born and raised in New Mexico. She has been with the Santa Fe Recovery Center since February of 2006. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from New Mexico State University and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. She enjoys working in a field that "makes a difference in the world."
