Preparing for your stay at Santa Fe Recovery Center
*Client MUST fill and bring ALL medications with them
A list of items that are deemed appropriate to pack and bring with you while in treatment.

One week of clothing - comfortable casual clothing. (Laundry facilities provided.)
   - Sweater/Jacket – Weather appropriate
   - T- Shirts and Pants/Jeans
   - Socks and Underwear
Hygiene Needs – toiletries/necessities and other personal care items
   - Shampoo/ Conditioner
   - Toothbrush/ Toothpaste
   - Shaving Kit
All prescription medication must be in original bottle prescribed by the doctor

Over the counter medication or vitamins must be in original packaging

Pre-paid phone card/ Long distance calling card

Stamps/Notebook/Paper/Pen or Pencil

Carton of preferred cigarette brand (For those who smoke cigarettes)

Small amount of money $5-$10 for soda vending machine *Please bring one dollar bills only!!

**Important Note – Write down all relevant phone numbers from your cell phone for family emergencies as CELLS PHONES NOT ALLOWED.

DO NOT BRING
T-shirts with offensive slogans or that promote alcohol or drugs

Excessively revealing clothing

Cell phones and laptop computer

Mouthwash or items that contain alcohol

Cameras

Personal music player tape/CD/I pods

Recreational reading material (Pornographic magazines of any sort are unacceptable)

Incidental Monies

***Clients may need money for treatment related purchases like medication, which family may drop off and/ or refill them. Please leave valuables at home.
