Billy Chapman is Vice President of Chapman Companies since 1985, a local home building company. Prior to that, he had two years with Kaufman and Broad in southern California.  He graduated in 1983 with a BS in Construction from Arizona State University.  He serves on the board of Junior Achievement in Santa Fe, and the board of the Santa Fe Recovery Center.  He has four children and has been active at coaching soccer and basketball.  In recovery since 1994, he is active at his church and has a ministry helping men and women with drug and alcohol problems.  Bill is also Past President of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association and Past President of the New Mexico Home Builders Association.  He has received Builder of the Year from both organizations.  Bill loves to fish, ski, golf, and play many other sports.  “I pray that we can help each addict find his way to God."
