OUR
PROGRAMS
RESIDENTIAL
In the Residential Program, we offer a 3 to 7 day detox/assessment program,
followed by 28 days of residential treatment, and an individualized outpatient
follow-up program. It is available for the treatment of most addictions
and ensures care for those clients with mental and/or medical illness not
requiring acute inpatient care.
DETOX/ASSESSMENT
REVIEW
Our treatment model consists of a detox/assessment phase that leads to a 28-day
intensive residential treatment. A client coming into our program enters with
the intention of completing the 28-day program after the detox/assessment phase.
During the detox/assessment phase, and depending on their physical state, clients
are preparing to enter the 28-day phase of their treatment by attending groups,
meeting with counselors and participating in assessments.
Admission
The first step for clients interested in admission to our Residential Program
is to contact our Intake Coordinator, Lorinda Salazar (505) 471-4985 for
a free screening. Screening can be done via phone.
OUTPATIENT
Our
outpatient treatment program utilizes the Matrix Model, an
evidence-based intensive outpatient treatment program for alcohol
and drugs. The National Institute on Drug Abuse highlights
the Matrix Model as an effective treatment model for addictions.
Treatment focus is on lifestyle changes, training in relapse
prevention, education about dependencies, and family involvement.
The program integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, contingency
management, and motivational interviewing which give individuals
seeking recovery the skills and knowledge they need to overcome
addiction.
Screening
and Admission
Clients
interested in our outpatient program receive an initial screening
to determine appropriate level of care. To schedule a screening,
please call Ruby Montoya, Outpatient Coordinator at (505) 471-4985.
We offer both intensive and regular outpatient services for
varying lengths of time. Each program is tailored to meet the
needs of the individual client.
