How to Make a Provider Referral
Referring a client is simple and straightforward.
For Referrals to Our Santa Fe Facility:

Monday – Friday between 8 AM – 5 PM
Our admissions team will guide you through the referral process and answer any questions you may have.
For Referrals to Our Gallup Facility:
Call us at (505) 670-0774
Monday – Sunday between 8 AM – 10 PM
Our team is available seven days a week to assist with referrals and provide information about our services.
